Electric Grill | EASY GRILL Use instructions

When the appliance must be disposed of, it is recommended to make

it inoperative.

It is also recommended to render harmless those

parts of the appliance likely to constitute a danger.

This appliance must not be used by children.

Children must not play with the appliance. Keep the

appliance and its cable away from children under 8

years of age.

This appliance can be used by children of 8 years or older and by

persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or by

persons that lack experience and knowledge of the appliance, provi-

ded they have been given complete instructions concerning the safe

use of the appliance and provided that they understand the related

risks.

Before use

Before using for the rst time, clean the two plates with a damp cloth or sponge.

Place the grill on a at, smooth, heat-resistant surface.

Open the grill and let it heat for at least 5 minutes without food, as it may emit smoke and/or odor. It is recommen-

ded to open the windows to eliminate smoke and odors due to the heating of the internal components.

Check that the power cord is not in contact with hot parts.

How it works

Insert the plug into an electrical outlet, the heating light will turn on. When the light goes off, the grill has reached

maximum temperature. The grill light will go on and off during cooking, which is normal as the grill regulates the

temperature itself. Place food on the lower plate, then lower the upper plate. For thin foods such as toast, thin

cuts of meat, sliced vegetables or cheese, press the upper plate slightly and close the side hook.

For thicker foods, do not force the hook to close, simply rest the top plate.

Check the correct cooking according to your tastes.

After cooking, remove the food from the plate using a wooden or plastic spatula (not supplied).

During use, be very careful not to touch the hot parts of the grill.

Do not use metal utensils as they may damage the plate coating.

Once cooking is nished, unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet.

If necessary, use only the heat-insulated handle to move the grill, as grill parts may be very hot.

Some tips

Preheat the plates before use by plugging them into the electrical socket before placing food on them to cook.

For sandwiches/toasts with creamy, soft llings use medium-thick bread.

To obtain a greater browning effect on the toast, you can spread a light layer of butter on the sides of the bread

that are in contact with the plates. For fatty foods, remove excess fat from the bottom plate with paper towels.
